Skyrim New Game Stuck On Logo

Dec 02, 2011  The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim; Stuck At Logo Screen; User Info: Bloodvvolf. Bloodvvolf 7 years ago #1. When I load Skyrim it gets to the Skyrim logo where you usually select new game, continue, load and options but they are not there, its just the logo and the smoke floating. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and has fixed it. The Skyrim infinite loading screen appears to players who want to create a new save file and start playing the game. It’s the loading screen before entering the game at all and it often appears to users who have just installed the game or to users who have added new mods and who want to launch a.

IMinMemoryPageSize=128Not to take away from STEP but here is a Great Stability Guide:I don't see a Load Order in your first post though there are too many mods that could do this. Everytime this has happen to me, it was because of bad ini files.

But I'm just guessing. Take it for what you will. What GrantSP said about backing up your load order than turning off the First Half of your Load Order-Run Game (vice-versa for 2nd half) and see if the Problem persists is the Default way of Troubleshooting Bethesda Titles. =Backing UP All of the Config files is the Best Practice:). =Backing UP All of the Config files is the Best Practice:)I double checked SKSE and the Papyrus, though Papyrus wasn't set as high. I can run it to try and get more information.

I also posted, incase it mattered, what plugins the bashed patch disabled. Some of them seemed like they shouldn't be disabled. But then again, I dunno.

Alright, I deactivated the mods and enabled them one by one, and everything worked fine until i got to a few specific ones. It seems that it is crashing due to DynDOLOD.

And I am not sure why. The only thing I can think of is the three.esp that DynDOLOD Resources added into my load order:DesyncBirdsOfPrey.espSolitudeExterior.espWhiterunExterior.espor perhaps something to do with the Textures?I will remove everything DynDOLOD and start off from scratch by regenerating the textures, and see if that works.Edited by Tykune, 23 January 2017 - 02:13 AM.

This happens on this game as well as the Fallout titles. To fix, do the following.1. Load up the game and select to start a new game.2.

Skyrim New Game Glitch

Let the game start and when you're in the opening cinimatic where you're in the cart being taken to Helgen, as soon as you can, bring up the menu and load your stuck save game from inside your new game. For some reason, this normally fixes it and the game will load from inside your new game. I believe it's a problem with something that sticks in the games cache (not the consoles) that is cleared by starting a new game. Give it a shot and see if that helpsyou.Good luck! Word of warning: NEVER turn off the console without quitting to the main menu. It will corrupt the save and make the game laggy.

I fixed it by creating a new save, hitting the wait button to create an autosave over thecorrupted file, quitting, and then restarting from the autosave. The game worked fine afterwards. It also helps to not be in action (pulling a bowstring, smithing, shouting, etc.) when you save your game. Also, saving in graphic-intensive environments, suchas falmer dungeons, can cause problems. It really comes down to the amount of data your xbox can process at a time.
